		<description>I whole-heartedly agree that we are here and have been here the whole time.  Why cant they just market to WOMEN/MOMS...period? Why do we need to be separated in the first place?  Well, that is just the way it is.  Kudos to the companies that are trying to reach out to us by hosting special campaigns for bloggers of color.  At least they are trying.  It would be nice if we could be invited all together...as WOMEN.  There have been strides made.  Good that we are talking about it and getting the word out!</description>

In this age of connectivity; Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc. etc., it seems like a fairly easy homework assignment to me. But,I will give kudos to the companies who at least make the effort to have a specific campaign with an ethnic focus because it shows they&#039;re trying and I hope other companies follow suit.</description>
